Refund Policy

At Valgess Corp, we stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and service resolution.

Our Satisfaction Promise

We are committed to providing exceptional dry cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please bring the item back within 48 hours of pickup, and we will re-clean the garment at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds may be issued when:

  • We are unable to clean your garment to acceptable standards after two attempts
  • Damage occurs to your garment due to our negligence during the cleaning process
  • We fail to complete your order within the agreed timeframe (excluding force majeure events)
  • Your pickup appointment is cancelled due to our unavailability

Resolution Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of pickup to report any concerns
  2. Bring the garment to our location for inspection by our quality control team
  3. We will assess the issue and propose a solution (re-cleaning, repair, or refund)
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days

Limitations

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Garments with pre-existing damage not disclosed at drop-off
  • Items where stain removal was not possible despite best efforts
  • Normal wear and aging of vintage or delicate garments
  • Color bleeding from non-colorfast items
  • Shrinkage of garments with unknown fiber content
  • Services completed more than 30 days ago

Alternative Resolutions

When a full refund is not appropriate, we may offer alternative resolutions such as partial refunds, service credits, complimentary re-cleaning, or professional repair services to restore your garment.

Payment Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded in cash, credit card payments will be credited to the same card, and checks will receive cash refunds.
