Valgess Corp

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Valgess Corp, located at 5 Terrill St, Rutland, VT 05701-4156. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreement

When you bring garments to Valgess Corp for cleaning:

• You acknowledge that we will use our professional judgment in cleaning your garments
• You agree to pay the posted prices for services rendered
• You understand that some stains may not be removable despite our best efforts
• You acknowledge that we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear

Customer Responsibilities

• Inform us of any known stains or damage when dropping off garments
• Remove all items from pockets before drop-off
• Pick up cleaned items within 30 days of completion
• Inspect cleaned items immediately upon pickup
• Report any concerns within 48 hours of pickup

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge for any single item, with a maximum of $500 per incident. We are not responsible for: shrinkage of garments with unknown fiber content, color bleeding from non-colorfast items, damage to garments with pre-existing wear or construction defects, or loss/damage to items left in pockets.

Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within 90 days become property of Valgess Corp and may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers about unclaimed items.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon pickup unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Vermont state law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing other remedies.
